JON HAQUE (Oscar Madison) makes his Jewel Box debut! He has appeared at City Rep, Children’s Theatre and OSP in such shows as A Year with Frog and Toad, Little Me, Laughter on the 23rd Floor, Comedy of Errors, The Complete History (Abridged) and The Complete Works of Shakespeare (Abridged) to name a few. Jon just completed the digi-film Stacked Dead Actors. His daytime gig is Graphic Artist and videographer at OETA. Jon thanks Don, the cast and crew and his #1 fan...Mom. |

ROB MAY
(Felix Unger) won a Best Actor Gem Award as Atticus Finch in To
Kill A Mockingbird. Rob has appeared in roles at OSP, Carpenter
Square, Lyric Theatre, and was last seen at Jewel Box in this
season’s Dark of the Moon. Married for 29 years with 2 grown
daughters, he thanks his wife Jaye for understanding his grumpiness
when he hasn’t done a show in a while. |

KEVIN LOGAN (Speed) has done
special effects make-up, gags, written several screenplays for
independent productions, and makes his Jewel Box debut, following an
eight-year hiatus from the stage, in one of his favorite plays of
all time. He has acted in the short films, The Break-Up, Wannabe
a Mobster and most recently The Last Beer. |

GLEN HALLSTROM (Murray) comes
from the wilds of Southern California (Long Beach) where he was
involved in college community theatre, two marriages and hunting for
junk food. He was captured by the lovely Rebecca and transported to
Oklahoma, where he distinguished himself at Jewel Box in such roles
as Jonathan Brewster in Arsenic and Old Lace and Max Levine
in Heaven Can Wait. |

SHAWN HICKS (Roy) This is Shawn’s
second show at Jewel Box, having appeared as the over-protective son
in this season’s first show, Someone to Love. Shawn recently
moved to Oklahoma and hopes this is the beginning of many years
doing theatre in the city. |

JOE MOORE (Vinnie) makes his
Jewel Box debut with this production! Favorite past roles include
Yank in Ten Little Indians and Dad in Alone Together,
both at Cynthia Poteet Theatre, and Joe in We Bombed in New Haven
at the Atlanta Alliance. We welcome him to Jewel Box! |

RENEE PITTS (Gwendolyn Pigeon)
makes her Jewel Box debut, having previously appeared in Crimes
of the Heart at Oklahoma City Community College. A screenwriter
and playwright, Renee may also be familiar to audiences from her
television appearances on such shows as “The Weakest Link”, “The
Rikki Lake Show” and “The Jane Whitney Show”. |

SHAWNA LINCK (Cecily Pigeon) has
been active the last seven years at the Stage Door in Yukon, where
some favorite past roles include Suzy in Wait Until Dark and
Agnes Gooch/Sally Cato in Auntie Mame. In addition to acting,
her directing credits include Annie, Jr. and most recently
Seussical, the Musical. Shawna is thrilled to be making her
Jewel Box debut with the fabulous Odd Couple cast and crew. |
THE CREW
DON TAYLOR (Director) Don received the
Best Play Gem Award for his direction of Driving Miss Daisy
last season. This talented director has also made hits of
God’s Favorite, The Matchmaker and On Golden Pond.
Don made a delightful Scarecrow for Summerstock’s The Wizard
of Oz last summer and has had roles in Dracula, Scrooge!,
Bullshot Crummond, Bad Seed, Oklahoma! and Oliver! to
name a few. On the Jewel Box Board of Advisors, he will be next
season’s Chairperson. |
AMY
ACKERMAN (Stage Manager/Assistant Director) is excited to be
working on another production with Don having stage-managed and
assistant-directed last season’s Gem Award-winning Driving
Miss Daisy as well as stage-managing God’s Favorite
and On Golden Pond. You may remember Amy as the feisty
Miss Metcalf in this season’s Dark of the Moon. Amy would
like to thank her wonder crew. You ladies are amazing! |
CHARLOTTE ROSE (Costumes) has costumed the entire season,
receiving rave reviews for her work on Dark of the Moon
and Greater Tuna. She has appeared in film, commercials,
and industrials and has been the costume designer, and/or
make-up artist for many area theaters. |
CHRISTINE JAMES
(Props/Assistant Stage Manager) is elated to be working with Don
Taylor - God of Theatre, Amy Ackerman - her fabulous mentor and
every member of this hysterical cast and crew. This is Christine’s
Jewel Box debut, but some of her stage credits include Isabel in
Pirates of Penzance, and Charmian in Antony and Cleopatra.
She wishes to thank Don and Amy, her mom, dad and stepmom for all
their love and support. |
AMANDANELL BOLD
previously worked on the running crew for this season’s Greater
Tuna as well as St. Scarlet at Carpenter Square and
Anything Goes at Edmond Memorial High School. Favorite past
roles include Gertrude McFuzz in Seussical the Musical and
Mock Turtle in Alice in Wonderland, both at Family Theater
Warehouse. |
SHERLEE MARRS is a 9th
grader at Classen, where she as been involved in such shows as
The Nutcracker, Big River and Dangerous Liaisons. While
in middle school she got the bug for backstage work. After
graduation from college she would like to find work in the medical
field. This is Sherlee's first community theatre production. We
welcome her! |
DONNA MACKIE Since
Driving Miss Daisy, Donna has appeared in a number of
productions with her husband, Harvey: Taming of the Shrew and
The Tempest for OSP; Love Letters and Christmas
Carol at OCTC; Into the Woods at the Poteet Theatre; and
as a corpse in St. Scarlet at Carpenter Square. |
LINDA RANSOM
has been involved in several area productions as part of the running
crew for The Complete Works of Shakespeare (Abridged), The
Complete History of America, and Greater Tuna. A bunko
addict, Linda also serves as a board member for the Miss Oklahoma
City University Scholarship Pageant. |

SHEILA SEWELL is a deputy court clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Her interest in theatre has grown from her daughter's join in acting. Previously, Shelia served on the crew for Compleat Works of Shakespeare, Abridged (Poteet and Sooner Theatres). A Complete History of America and Nunsense (Poteet). She and her family have attended productions at Jewel Box for many years and is thrilled to have the opportunity to help with this production! |
